Objectives

Through this guide, you will:

  • Learn how to access and log in to the system
  • Complete your first market opportunity analysis task
  • View and understand the analysis results

Step 1: Access and Login

1.1 Access the System

Access the InsightHub application homepage through the internal link.

1.2 Log In to the System

  1. Click the "Sign in with Google" button on the page
  2. The system will redirect to Google's standard login interface
  3. Complete authentication using your Google corporate email
  4. On first login, Google will request authorization for the app to access basic information (such as name and email address). Please click "Allow"

After successful login, you will automatically enter the system's main dashboard page.

Step 2: Understand the System Interface

The main system interface consists of the following parts:

  • Top Navigation Bar:

  • Main Content Area:
    • Dashboard: Displays project welcome information, core feature entry points, and some quick links
    • Feature Pages: The core area where you perform all analysis operations

Step 3: Complete Your First Analysis Task

We recommend starting with the Market Opportunity Analysis feature, which is the simplest and most intuitive feature in the system.

3.1 Enter the Market Opportunity Analysis Page

Click "Market Opportunity Analysis" from the top navigation bar to enter the feature page.

3.2 Read the Operation Guide

Spend a minute reading the feature introduction and operation guide diagram at the top of the page. This will help you quickly understand the data preparation requirements.

3.3 Prepare Data

Market opportunity analysis requires data in the following format:

Quick FAQ

Q: What should I do if I see "Redirect URI mismatch" when logging in?

A: This is an OAuth configuration issue. Please contact the system administrator to check the redirect URI configuration in Google Cloud Console.

Q: Nothing happens after uploading a file?

A: Please check:

  • Whether the file format is .xlsx
  • Whether the file contains required columns
  • Whether there are error messages in the browser console

Q: What if the analysis takes too long?

A: Analysis time depends on data volume. If it exceeds 5 minutes, you can:

  • Reduce the number of countries to analyze
  • Check network connection
  • Contact technical support

Q: How do I understand the market types in the analysis results?

A: The system categorizes markets into four types based on "demand" and "competition" dimensions:

  • Opportunity Market: High demand, low competition, best entry opportunity
  • Challenge Market: High demand, high competition, requires full preparation
  • Potential Market: Low demand, low competition, requires cultivation
  • Blue Ocean Market: Low demand, high competition, requires careful evaluation
